On Monday night, the entire staff at Texstar Web.com learned some basic business principles from Action Coach founder and Entrepeneur, Brad Sugars.

Brad has been voted as one of the Most Admired Entrepreneurs by the readers of E-Spy Magazine – next to the likes of Rupert Murdoch, Henry Ford, Richard Branson and Anita Roddick. He is a writer for Entrepenuer Magazine and is consistently voted as on the best CEO’s in America.

This is important because in January, Texstar Web.com took a risk and invested in a coaching partnership with Action Coach. Business Coach Dennis Wagner has done an incredible job mentoring and training me in what I don’t know. Which is exactly why I hired him.

Since that time, our staff has increased from just me to now five employees (that is not counting myself), and we have already exceeded our stated income for the entire year in 4-1/2 months.

I contribute a large part of this to our staff, who are both exceptional in the jobs and exceptional as people. I couldn’t be more honored to work with Antonia Garcia, Angela Mahan, Lionel Plummer, and Kyle Williams. And in the first week of June Angela Bazzell will be joining our sales staff as well!
