We live in a time where majority of people, even if they are everyday Internet users, still are not aware of the complexity of the web design and development process. Critical to understanding the unique needs of each client, we must understand the goals, requirements and limitations, planning, conceptual design and other pre-production issues that are very important to be known before any accurate project cost can be provided.

Building your website will take work on your part to ensure we build the site you want and deserve! But the effort you put forward will help ensure we create the right website for your company or organization.

Pre-Production, No-Obligation Consultation and Follow-up

Before we can quote you accurately, we have to understand, with as much detail as possible, what your goals, objectives, and practical uses are for your website.

Our no-obligation consultation is a time for you to share this information with us, as well as a time for us to both get to know each other and ask a lot of questions.

Some questions we may ask include:

How does your website fit into your company goals and objectives?

Where do your customers come from (local, regional, state, national, international)

Is the purpose of your site for marketing, information, education, e-commerce, community building, or other?

Where or how will you be getting the content (text) for your website?

Production & Website Launch

Congratulations, you have signed the contract and made a deposit. Now, we begin the process of building your website.

First, our graphic design team will review the project with our project manager, and may follow-up with you regarding any questions they may have to meet your design needs.

Once they have completed the initial layout, they will provide you either an image of the proposed website or a link to view the project. From this system, you will be able to make comments, draw ideas, and approve the project.

Once the design is approved, it will move to our talented web development team who will take the design and use it to create your website.

As your site is created, we will post it on our development server and provide you with a link, and a username / password. From here, we will schedule a time to meet with you or your designated team member to train them on how to edit your new site. This is the perfect training time as your team begins to create new pages, menu, text, pictures, video and more.

Once your team has completed entering the content and you approve it, we will launch your new website.
