Texstar knows that every client and need is unique. That is why we offer total custom website design from start to finish by taking a consultative approach to your needs. Our goal is to give you a web site that you will be proud of, will meet your goals and objectives, and keep your visitors and customers coming back.
In addition to the process below, we can also perform maintenance, add content, or upgrade an existing website without re-creating a new one.
Our Design Process
Texstar has taken a very simple and straight forward approach. The
process begins the first time we meet you or when you contact us.
Step 1 - Initial Meeting
We offer a no cost, no obligation in person or conference call meeting. The purpose is for both parties
to "interview" each other, and learn your needs and parameters. Meetings can last between thirty
minutes to one hour.
Step 2 - Quotation Submission
Many times, we can provide you an estimate immediately following the initial meeting. If not, we will have
a quote within 72 hours after the Initial Meeting.
Step 3 - Quotation Acceptance by Client
If agreed upon, we have a Simple Agreement that is signed, along with a deposit to begin work.
Step 4 - Informational/Design Meeting
During this meeting, we will work together to determine content, colors, fonts, styles, logo and
graphics, special needs and other material (as necessary).
Step 5 - Website Design
Website will be under construction between one to six weeks, depending on size and scope of web site and delivery of materials by client. Website drafts are created for our client's approval before
construction begins. Many times, our clients can view their web sites under construction on our beta website.
Step 6 - Delivery of On-line Working Design
Client Review, Testing, Loading to Webserver (1-3 Days)
Step 7 - "Go Live"
Step 8 - Delivery of Graphics and files to Client
Step 9 - Search Engine & Directory Submission
* We offer 30 days of free support for Errors, Omissions, Broken Links, etc. Additional support
available on yearly contracts.
